1.1.We care about privacy and the security of personal data. This privacy notice (hereinafter - the "Privacy Notice") explains how we process real estate (RE) data. This document contains important information that we ask you to read carefully.
1.2.In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter - GDPR), we inform You that we do not directly link real estate data with the specific owner of that property.
1.3.In this Privacy Notice, "You" refers to the owner (a natural person) of the real estate about which we collect data.
1.4.This Privacy Notice is subject to change. We will inform about the changes on the real estate history and analysis platform www.propin.com or www.propin.lt (hereinafter - the "Platform").
2.1.Real estate data is controlled by MB "Propin", legal entity code 307191109 (hereinafter - "Propin" or "we").
2.2.If you have any questions regarding data protection, you can contact us by e-mail at: info@propin.lt.
3.1.We process real estate data in order to create a transparent RE market, protect buyers from information concealment or errors, and help make financially sound decisions. This purpose includes our aim to:
3.1.1.provide clear and understandable information about the real estate of interest to a person for whom it would otherwise be expensive, difficult, or impossible to verify it independently;
3.1.2.collect and administer information about real estate and develop internal databases for generating reports.
3.2.We process RE data based on our or a third party's (our service user's, report buyer's) legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in order to create and offer an informational tool that would help:
3.2.1.properly identify the real estate (by address or cadastral number);
3.2.2.the recipient of the "Propin" report to quickly and conveniently gain a better, broader understanding of the property's condition, value, and environment, based on data collected from open and closed sources;
3.2.3.provide information that would help the report recipient pay attention to potential risks and thus reduce the likelihood of possible losses due to incomplete information (e.g., undisclosed hidden costs, inadequately determined value, inaccurate utility statistics);
3.2.4.provide analytical data that would help the customer make more informed decisions when choosing, buying, or selling RE;
3.2.5.contribute to increasing the overall transparency of the RE market.
4.1.When collecting information about real estate, we process the following categories of data:
4.1.1.Property identification and technical parameters: address information, cadastral number, purpose, year of construction/renovation, area.
4.1.2.Financial and market data: estimated market value, historical price changes, forecasts, and data of nearby comparable transactions (prices, price per sq. m.).

5.1.We provide aggregated real estate data (in report format) to the persons who ordered this report.
5.2.We may transfer RE data to data processors who help us carry out our activities (e.g., cloud and server hosting service providers, database administrators).
5.3.In accordance with the procedure established by legal acts, we may provide data to law enforcement authorities, courts, and other persons performing statutory functions.
5.4.In "Propin" reports, RE data is not linked to a specific person. If other data known to the report recipient allows the report content to be directly linked to a specific person, we consider that such linking is performed by the report recipient independently.
6.1.We process data from various reliable sources, such as official state registers (e.g., the Centre of Registers), utility service providers, open databases (e.g., police department statistics regarding security), as well as from publicly available information on the internet.
