1.1.This privacy policy (hereinafter - the "Policy") explains how MB "Propin" collects, uses, and stores Your personal data when You visit our website www.propin.com or www.propin.lt (hereinafter - the "Website"), create an account, purchase real estate (RE) reports, or communicate with our customer support team.

We collect only the personal data that is necessary to provide our services. We process data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

2.1.Account creation and service provision

  • Purpose: To enable you to use our platform, view order history, receive, and store RE reports.
  • Data collected: E-mail address, password (encrypted), order history, login data.
  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

2.2.Payment processing and accounting

  • Purpose: To process your payments for "Propin" reports and issue invoices.
  • Data collected: Payment date, amount, payment method, payment card data fragments (processed by the payment intermediary Montonio; we do not see or store full card details), invoicing data (name, surname, address; if you request an invoice for a company - company details).
  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - accounting laws).

2.3.Customer support

  • Purpose: To answer your inquiries, resolve technical issues, or handle complaints.
  • Data collected: Name, e-mail address, message content, correspondence history.
  • Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in ensuring high service quality (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) or performance of a contract.
