1.1.These Terms and Conditions establish the conditions and procedure for using the websites www.propin.com and www.propin.lt and the services provided therein.
1.2.The Platform is operated and services are provided by MB "Propin", e-mail: info@propin.lt.
1.3.These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between "Propin" and the person visiting the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing services.
1.4.By starting to use the Platform, You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age, have the right to enter into such an agreement, have carefully read the Terms, understood them, and agree to comply with them.
2.1."Propin" provides services for generating reports on real estate history, market value insights, and environmental analysis.
2.2.The Report is generated exclusively by automated means after the User enters the real estate address or cadastral number of interest.
2.3."Propin" is not a real estate broker, property appraiser, financial advisor, or legal consultant. The Report is solely an informational and auxiliary tool.
2.4.The User makes decisions regarding the purchase, sale, lease, or investment of real estate independently.
3.1.To use certain features of the Platform, the User may create an account.
3.2.Upon registration, the User commits to providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information.
3.3.The User is fully responsible for the security of their login credentials.
4.1.The Platform's services are intended for the User's personal use or internal business needs.
4.2.The User is strictly prohibited from:
4.2.1.Using automated programs, bots, scrapers, or other means to mass collect, copy, or extract Platform data.
4.2.2.Attempting to hack, bypass, or otherwise breach the Platform's security systems.
4.2.3.Overloading the Platform's infrastructure with an unreasonably large volume of requests.
4.3.If a violation of the Terms is detected, "Propin" has the right to block the User's access without notice.
5.1.Report prices are presented on the Platform. Prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes.
5.2.Payment is processed through third-party payment service providers. "Propin" does not store Your bank card details.
6.1.The Report is digital content generated immediately after payment. By making a payment, the User expresses explicit prior consent to receive the digital content immediately.
6.2.If Your generated Report contains absolutely no historical, analytical, or technical data about the property You searched for, You are entitled to a refund.
6.3.If the Report contains at least partial information about the property, such a Report is considered a successfully provided service, and money or credits are not refunded.
6.4.You may request a refund of money or credit only if:
6.4.1.There are obvious system errors or discrepancies.
6.4.2.Due to a technical Platform error, You made a payment, but the Report was not generated.
6.4.3.You independently entered an incorrect address or cadastral number, and the report was generated. In this case, the money is not refunded.
6.5.Requests for refunds must be submitted via e-mail to info@propin.lt within 30 days from the date of the Report order.
7.1.The information in the Report is based on summaries from third parties. "Propin" is not responsible for errors present in primary sources.
8.1.All intellectual property rights to the Platform, trademarks, algorithms, data structuring methodology, and Report designs belong to "Propin".
8.2.The User is granted only a limited right to use the generated Report for personal or internal needs.
9.1.Services and Reports are provided on an "AS IS" basis. "Propin" disclaims any warranties that the Reports will be 100% accurate, complete, and error-free.
10.1.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, "Propin" shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from decisions made based on the Report.
10.2.The maximum total liability of "Propin" to the User is limited to the amount the User paid for the specific Report.
11.1.The User agrees to indemnify and hold "Propin" harmless against third-party claims arising from the User's breach of these Terms.
12.1."Propin" is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond the control of its infrastructure.
13.1."Propin" reserves the right to unilaterally update these Terms. Changes become effective from the moment they are published on the Platform.
14.1.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
14.2.We aim to resolve all disagreements primarily through negotiations by contacting via e-mail at info@propin.lt.
14.3.If a dispute cannot be resolved, the User has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14.4.All other disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the registered office of "Propin".
